Once again you have helped 25 million people acheive Democracy and self determination.
I just hope they fare better than America's other "Imperialistic Conquests". France, Germany, Japan, Panama, Italy, The Philipines, the Solomans and the Mariannas! Ha Ha Ha, the world's liberals are truly a bunch of idiots.
My definition is a fiscal conservative, moral conservative, social moderate and a foreign policy liberal. Yes a liberal or really what used to be called liberal.
The Iraq War. Spreading freedom through the use of military force used to be a central platform issue for the Democratic Party. Wilson did it, Roosevelt did it , Truman did it and Kennedy did it! Conservatives are isolationists. Liberals are now either isolationists and/or multilateralists. Liberals have this unsatisfied need to cede American sovereignty and power to a one world government. They have tapped the UN to fill that role, even though the UN is as corrupt and inept as your typical despotic regime. A form of government which a majority of it’s member nations have. Neocons believe that American power should be used to spread freedom and democracy where and when America decides, not the UN.
Fiscal Conservative. Many Americans think the Government owes them something. Welfare people want money. College students want loans or grants. The elderly want their lifestyle to continue at pre-retirement levels even though they are no longer productive members of society. People living on the margins of mainstream society want the rest of society to give them benefits and freebies to be on par with the hard earned benefits enjoyed by the mainstream. Where is the incentive? Why bother to compete?
Healthcare. If you are willing to settle for a poverty level job, why should get the same benefits as someone who has worked harder? Why should that harder worker pay for their own health care and then pay for the slacker too? I am perfectly willing to help out the American that CANNOT do better, but don’t expect me to help the American that CHOOSES not to do better.
Social Security. I currently pay more per year to FICA than over half of the current recipients ever paid in their whole working careers. We are no longer helping indigent elderly get by, we are sending them on vacations. I was in Florida last Winter. The biggest supplier of jobs in Florida is the Healthcare industry and it was easy to tell the worker lot from the elderly patient lot. There were no old car cars in the patient lot and no new ones in the worker lot. There are is a huge number of elderly that consider their Social Security check as "Mad Money". It is unsatisfactory and ridicules that we are an accomplace in the wealth distribution from the working poor the idle rich elderly. There are a great many working families that could put that money to better use. We should put income caps on those recieving checks and adjust those checks accordingly. They should also pay income taxes on all retirement benifits public and private. We owe our elderly a lot, but not a free ride.
Homosexuality. I do not believe that it is normal, anymore than I believe any addiction is normal. It is an escape from having to live with the opposite sex, which can be at times very difficult. It is an escape into a group where everyone thinks the same and there is a comradery with those suffering from the same affliction. To everyone in a crack house, being addicted to crack is "normal" and this how the Gay community feels about themselves too. I have the right to not believe their choice is normal, but I do not have the right to make their lives anymore miserable than they have already. Civil unions are enough to protect their rights, but the label of "marriage" is attempt achieve the label of "normal", I oppose that label. Gay marriage is not a new issue, but I think they have chosen to use the distraction of war to try to slip it past us. This is nothing short of treasonous and I find it abhorrent.
The ecology. America is one of the cleanest industrialized nations in the world. We are not even close to being the worst. A majority of the damage done world wide is done by Third World nations and nobody has the will or desire to change that. The damage done to America in the 40's, 50's and 60's has largely been reversed and it is getting better everyday. I am happy with our progress, the eco-liberals never will be. They have resorted to unproven theories and blowing minor problems way out of proportion. They fret about oil spills which used to happen naturally. They worry about logging and then buy houses and furniture made of wood. They complain about our dependence to oil while driving their SUV to their kids soccer games. They complain about coal burning and nuke plants while paying the huge bill needed to power all of the modern convenience appliances. The ones that do live the walk and the talk, live on the margins of society. You know, like Kasinski or the eco-terrorists that build bombers or attack University labs.
Unions. As a Union member, I have yet to see any return for all of the money we give to the Democrats. Nada, zip, zero, nothing. During the last campaign I was receiving a Union sponsor campaign flyer from Kerry almost everyday. It only worked on the morons in my office. The fools that are typical Union workers, they do as little as possible, hide in their cubicles and never volunteer.
Racial/Sexual quotas. Diversity-differences-envy. How are we ever going to become a color blind society when race or sexuality is constantly in our face? All social, outreach and upward mobility programs should be based purely on the economics of the persons childhood and background. A rich minority person should not have advantages created by government over a poor white person. BTW the NAACP should be treated as the racist organization it is. It’s racial advocacy and militancy makes it no better than the KKK.
35 Million human hearts stopped in 32 years. A bit over 1 million murders every year. 14,000 every year in Minnesota alone. 17.5 Million males were killed, more than in all the wars America has ever fought in the 229 years of it’s history. When are we going to end the slaughter and allow these Americans to live?
Never, if we continue to allow the Liberal Abortionists to have their way. What kind of "Right" does a women have to destroy another human life. That fetus is not a growth, tumor or cyst, it is a living being that is a separate being from it’s mother. The egg provider has no more "Right" to end the fetuses life than the sperm donor does. Until that fetus is born, the mother is nothing more than a vessel for the miracle in process.
I keep hearing about society’s duty to protect and provide for the least of us. For thirty two years we have been doing a pretty poor job of it. Oh sure we can make the rich and working pay for welfare. We can make the working, send the retired on vacations. But for some reason we cannot stop the fetuses from being murdered by their mothers. Someday we will have to answer for that. Someday, we will be judged. I know which side of this issue I want to be on.

As with any growing thought, I am expanding my thoughts on Liberals. They now can choose to be labeled one or more of the following; a Traitor, a Child or a Fool.
There are other applicable labels, but these are necessary to understand what would allow a seemingly functional adult to vote for John "Hanoi" Kerry.
The traitor label will rankle many Liberals, but they should remember that most of them are '4th of July Patriots'. Though I really do wonder if they are celebrating America's birth or the Liberal's constant attempts to abort it.
Then there is Phil. He is my pro-Communist co-worker. His Patriotism is defined and exhibited by his Father's ship's exploits on December 7th, 1941. Every Pearl Harbor day, we are regaled with Phil's attempts to be glorified by the Patriotism exhibited by his Father. I am not aware of ANYTHING Phil himself has done for his country, but he loves to make sure we know about his father.
I work in a government office, union membership is required and I work in Blue state. EVERY Vet I work with voted for Bush, regardless of the other influences. We are not '4th of July' or 'December 7th' Patriots, we are EVERYDAY Patriots. It would seem that the only people that heard JFK's "Ask Not!" speech are Conservatives.

The Liberals once again show their true colors to those with their eyes open. They are Communists who will do anything to acheive one Party Rule.
They will do whatever is possible to undermine the Freedom Experiment in Iraq. They will also justify the theft of an election to maintain their power.
Oh and guess which Liberal effort gets more media attention? Their incessant attacks on Bush or their lying, cheating and stealing.
The children of America, er, I mean the Left would have you believe the Bush Administration lied about the Iraqi WMDs. The only ones lying are the Left. The Left say the Administration said things they didn’t and then call them liars. Sounds like children to me.
Bush and Company said America needed to remove Saddam from power to end his capability to make WMDs and the threat of his employment of them. BAC never said we would find and destroy stockpiles, though we were prepared to do so. Everyone in the World believed Saddam had WMD stockpiles, but Bush never said we would find and destroy them. The Traitor John "Hanoi" Kerry said Saddam had WMDs and that he was a threat. Now all the Left can remember is words that were NEVER said. Do I hear the children saying, "You Promised!"?
The Coalition of the Willing did what they promised. The threat of Saddam’s WMDs is ended. The WMD threat the World said existed is ended. Some say the "Stockpiles" never existed. Some say the "Stockpiles" were moved to Syria. Some say the "Stockpiles" are buried in the desert. In any case the "Stockpiles" have a limited shelf life and will be rendered inert by time and inappropriate storage. Do I see the children putting fingers in their ears and saying, "La La La La La!"?
What the Left ignores is that regardless of the "Stockpiles" status, Saddam could have recreated them in weeks from the knowledge and ability we know he had. He had already manufactured and used WMDs. The ability of Saddam’s regime to make and use WMDs is a PROVEN fact. Sanctions and inspections will never work to curb non-nuke WMDs. Regardless of how well the sanctions or inspections worked, Saddam could have created a new stockpile within a few months of the end of the inspections. All you need to make WMDs is a modestly equipped lab, a single vial of the biological agent and the knowledge to replicate it. Do I see the children putting fingers in their ears and saying, "La La La La La!"?
The Left in their never ending quest to be unhappy, keep going on their unhappy way putting words in the opposition’s mouth. They ignore the truth, manufacture more lies and then claim to be right. The hate from a child’s mind and view of reality drives the Left. It is a hate of boogiemen and imaginary conspiracies that skews them from the truth. A hate that hides the truth and allows a desired false reality to become the truth. A child’s hatred that finds nothing wrong with a liberal elitist journalist falsely smearing the President of the United States with documents she described as, "fake, but accurate." I know you are, but what am I?
Think about it. Who else but children think life should be fair. Who else but children think everything that is said is a promise. Who else but children think the world should be one big nice happy place where everyone gets along. Who else but children throw tantrums in the streets of New York City and in the halls of Congress. Not only are these views and actions childish, they are dangerously naive.
Conservatives know the world is not a nice happy place. We know there are people the hate us out of envy and for no other reason than we a different. We know we have to be ready and prepared to protect ourselves and our friends. We know that doing something and failing is better than doing nothing at all. The first tells our enemies that we are resisting and the second tells them we are surrendering.
No Conservative ever grows up to become a Liberal, yet Liberals are growing up to become Conservatives everyday. Once a person is a Conservative, they can never really get back down on the floor and be children again. Growing up and living in the real world has it’s price.
Life will never be fair. Not everything you hear is a promise. The World is a mean nasty place where no one gets along. We don’t allow our children to decide which car we buy, which job we do or how much we spend at the grocery store. Why in the hell would we want the children of America to run the country?
It is a bold statement. If it wasn’t for Liberalism, Terrorism would not exist. Like it or not, it is true.
Liberalism inspired Communism. Communism was the scourge of the twentieth century. Sure there was the burp of Fascism in the 30s and 40s, but the millions of deaths at the hands of Fascists pales when compared to the billions of deaths at the hands of Communists. WWII sticks out in America’s minds as a significant event only because we were participants. Ask the Chinese and the pain and suffering during the Japanese occupation was insignificant compared the blood spilled during Mao’s cultural revolution.
The Communists in their zeal to export their liberal ideology used Terrorism to spread it. They called themselves revolutionaries, but they were just Communist terrorists. The conflicts spawned by these terrorists killed billions of people in Africa, South America, Asia and the Middle East. These conflicts were never effectively impeded by the West, because the West’s own Liberals were apologists for Communism and completely unwilling to confront an ideology it has sympathy for.
The Vietnam War was lost because the Western Liberals did not have the will to fight their comrades. After the end of the war, millions were killed in South East Asia in the late 70's and early 80's, because the Liberal dissent made it impossible for the West to aid them. The Liberals turned their backs on the very people they claimed they cared about in their anti-war protests.
Middle Eastern Terrorists learned from observing these conflicts. They also learned there was a weak willed segment of the Westerners that they could exploit, the Liberals. The Liberals could be exploited because they either sympathized with or feared the Terrorists, sometimes both. Only the Western Conservatives could be counted on to confront and resist the Terrorists. The real targets of Terrorism are Liberals, as Conservative will not allow Terrorism to affect their policies, while Liberals do not have the will nor desire to resist it.
Then came Russia’s intervention in Afghanistan. This was one of the few times Russia used conventional forces to export Communism. The Afghans were forced to used unconventional forces in response. America’s Liberals continued their apologizing for the Communists and the Conservatives aided the Afghans. The Afghans were successful in their struggle against Communism. A majority of it’s unconventional forces were radical Islamists and they learned the art of unconventional warfare very well.
What did the two ideologies do when Al-Qeada began to attack Western interests? The Liberals began their self blame foolishness and tried to appease them. The Conservatives sought ways to resist them. This pattern continues to this day. The only ideology moved or effected by the Terrorist propaganda or violence is liberalism. The Terrorists don’t play for the Conservatives they play for the Liberals. The Liberals are the only one listening to the Terrorists and Liberals the only ones the Terrorists listen to.
Bill Clinton appeased, ignored or ineffectively attacked Al-Qeada after every one of it’s attacks during his Presidency. His social policy and Military and Intelligence budget cuts left America vulnerable for the 9/11 attack. This approach has been proven to be ineffective. Bush’s approach has cost us over 1,000 American soldiers lives, but freed 50 million people and given them a chance to change the face of the Middle East. It is an ignored fact that there have not been any terrorist attacks on American soil since we sent troops into Afghanistan, but matters little to the America hating Liberals.
Which leads us to Ted "Vehicular Homicide" Kennedy, "Hanoi" John Kennedy and Michael "Goebbels" Moore. These three and everyone that votes for or is a fan of them are traitors to America and it’s people. Every time one of these traitors attacks our President or uses the word "Quagmire" a terrorist is inspired to make a bomb, behead someone or kill a Coalition soldier. The terrorist is not given hope when Bush says Iraq is moving ahead and towards Democracy, but that terrorist is given hope when he sees prominent Liberals say the Terrorists are winning.
People have died and are dying, because Liberals won’t ever shut up nor stand up.
When ever something goes wrong with the war or economy, the Left blames Bush. They dredge up the Truman quote, "The Buck Stops Here," to try to paint liberalism with a favorable color and hue. Truman may have been a Democrat in the 40's, but he would be a Republican today. Truman had to many morals to stomach being associated with John Kerry, Ted Kennedy or God forbid Michael "Goebbels" Moore.
Clinton was never held to that "Buck"standard either. Filegate, Travelgate, Whitewater, the Embassy Bombings, the USS Cole and his sex scandals were always blamed on others. Usually the victims or subordinates.
Seems all powerful liberals are above the fray. Rather and all of the higher CBS executives are somehow blameless too. These so called journalists, rushed a false story about Bush, onto TV to try to change the outcome of a Presidential election. It is one thing to be completely fooled by a false, but very convincing story. But this was not the case. The story was picked apart by Bloggers overnight. Rather and CBS rushed this story onto 60 Minutes, because they wanted it to be true. They didn’t even bother to listen to those warning caution or flat out telling them it was false. Many of those involve still want you to think that false documents tell the truth. Doesn’t say much for what they think of you. They didn’t bother to apply the same credo to this story that they claim to apply to the government, Question Everything!
What have we learned. That the media asks questions when they know they will get the answer they want to hear. The media ignores or glosses over liberal foibles and reports anything that might and/or will make a conservative look bad. The media is biased and should be ignored. If watched or read, you can never take what they say at face value. You must Question Everything!
We have also learned that if you are a subordinate of a powerful liberal, you can be made into a sacrificial lamb to save your boss. Sucks to be you!
Every time a conservative points out that a Liberal position or statement is anti-American or unpatriotic, they get all huffy and claim Jefferson said, "Dissent is the greatest form of Patriotism." I have searched and searched and the only place I see it, is liberally biased Blogs. Since the liberal’s place so much importance on this statement, you would think it would be easily confirmed and found.
Not surprisingly I did find a confirmed Jefferson quote which seems to say the same things the Republicans say. It would seem that once again, the Left have high-jacked a quote(or made up one) and twisted it to say what they want, much like the separation of Church and State they claim Jefferson was so strident about. I found a site which had hundreds of Jefferson quotes and specialized in them. I searched for the work, "God" and found 44 quotes with that in it. A majority of those quotes discussed God’s majesty, benevolence and gifts, but very few discussing the separation. I searched for the word, "dissent" and found 2 quotes, one I have given above and the other discussed how to deal with dissenters.
